The “Colour Dots” series has a vivid theme. This work was composed by scattered brush strokes in different colours: blue, red, purple, pink, yellow and green. They are more eye-catching on the greyish background. The random lines show the artist’s boundless while creating but they are arranged regularly. This playful expression contains sense of abstract and reveals Ye Yongqing’s distinct artistic sense.
