We are registered in Hong Kong under company number 67911581-000-06-17-3 and have our registered office at Shop B, Lower Ground Floor, Wilson House, 19-27 Whyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong.
Website access and the use of its content are subject to the stipulations provided hereinafter. The act of accessing and browsing our website implies that the user fully and unreservedly accepts the following terms and conditions of use and privacy policy.
2. Intellectual Property Notice
The entirety of our website, as well as its components (in particular text, structure, software, animated items, photographs, videos, illustrations, drawings, graphic representations, logos, etc.) are creative works protected by the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) of Hong Kong or are trademarks protected by the Trademarks Ordinance (Cap. 559) of Hong Kong.
The website and its components are the sole property of AWAC that is the sole party authorised to exercise intellectual property and related personality rights, particularly brands, models, creative works, software, databases, interpretations and image rights, as the originator or through a formal authorisation or licence.
Use of all or part of the website, particularly by means of downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or circulation, for purposes other than personal and private use and with a non-commercial aim by the user is strictly prohibited. The party liable for infringement of the above shall be liable to penalties stipulated in both the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) and the Trademarks Ordinance (Cap. 559) of Hong Kong. A) Information Collection
AWAC has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses how AWAC gathers and uses information via our website.
The term 'personal data' applies to all personal information (particularly the user name, password, name, surname, date of birth, email and postal addresses) that users may disclose to AWAC when subscribing to AWAC newsletter or in respect of any message sent via the "enquiries" section of the website or directly to AWAC's email addresses.
If the user does not wish or no longer wishes to receive the newsletter from AWAC, the said user may inform AWAC accordingly by sending an email to office@amandaweigallery.com. The user always has the option of cancelling his/her subscription to AWAC newsletter by clicking a hypertext link included in each issue of our newsletter.
The personal information you exchange with AWAC will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time, other than in the circumstances detailed below. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Hong Kong law. You and we both agree that the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction.
