人對身體結構的認知和對自然生命力的象徵在西方及東方中存在相異的看法,同時通過與古典中國畫相反的雲霓黯沉和墜地零落感覺帶出一種物質與精神、確實與不可觸知之間的關係。系列作品利用水墨及油畫為媒介,將慣習水墨的人文山水還原成感官山水,提示了東西方哲思與媒材的辯證關係。

“It’s real inside of me, even more real than the world we see. My works are not imagination out of nothing.”
People's perception of body structure and the symbol of natural vitality have different views in the West and the East. At the same time, they bring out a relationship between material and spiritual, certainty and intangible sense, through the dark and dull feelings of clouds and falling in opposite to classical Chinese painting. The series of works use ink and oil painting as media, restore the humanistic landscapes accustomed to ink, to sensory landscapes, implying the dialectical relationship between Eastern and Western philosophy and media.
